That is what they say and to be fair that is what they are.  When setting up my account I reached out to them on a busy Saturday afternoon via email with a quick question around deposit methods;  they replied one minute later.  That’s impressive!

This is a 9/10 for me as they offer everything that you would generally expect and or want in terms of betting markets for both Australian and International racing.

EliteBet has limited banking options for both deposit and withdrawals with Visa / Mastercard and Bank Transfer available for both.  Other betting sites often have more options, but these are tried and tested and work for most obviously. 
 
📱Mobile Experience - 9/10 
The EliteBet app is slick and easy to use.  No complaints. 
 
💸​Withdraw Speed - 9/10 
I would say that EliteBet withdrawal time is on par or just above with most online betting sites.  There is only credit card and bank transfer available but they try to process customer withdrawal requests 2-3 times a day.   Typically the credit card withdrawal can take between 2- 5 days after that but with the bank transfer, EliteBet use the Osko system which should ensure the funds are available as soon as processed by the team at Elitebet.   
 
🧩Overall User Experience - 9/10 
All in all it’s a great experience and they promise a real customer service feel and to my mind that’s what you get.  The unique Hot Bet product also greatly enhances the overall experience. 
 
📧Customer Support - 10/10 
I’m giving this 10/10.  The options might be slightly limited but when you get a response to an email within a minute of sending it you can’t argue with that.

Elite Boost allows you the punter to boost the odds on any given selection that you’d like to back.  These are accrued over time and you can always see what Elite Boosts you have through the Account section on the site.
