We come off the back of an exciting midweek meeting where we saw some future Group horses making their debuts for the top stables as we head to Thursday’s racing at Bendigo Racecourse and Hawkesbury racecourse for big nine and eight race meetings respectively. Unfortunately we couldn’t keep the streak alive on our roughies today but my best bet saluted courtesy of Blake Shinn’s steering at around $3.50 everywhere and we look to go on with it now with my best outside chance and best bet for tomorrow. This looks like a great set up for the Patrick Payne trained Lady Adelaide who has had three runs back this time in from a spell where he really needed the first up run before going to Pakenham two back at the end of last month where he sped over from the wide gate to lead and fought hard to the line to just fall short late into second. He stepped up to Saturday grade racing at The Sandown Hillside where he pushed along to lead and looked the winner at the 150m but his early work told late and was eased out of it. Should be hard fit now, comes way back in depth for this and can only see him running well here.

Mr Bingo looks very well placed in this field for the Bailey stable off a handful of meritful runs where he has been mixing his form but can only go by his recent runs for how he should go in this and two back he ran at Wyong when sitting on the speed and chasing hard all run but just couldn’t get there on a smart winner who led them the whole way. Subsequently, he ran at the same track last time out but jumped in the air at the start and settled way too far off them to ever be in the race. He has 2 wins and a close 2nd placing from four runs at this track, strikes this race at a good time in his prep and is definitely over the odds here.
