Stablemate Sounds Unusual will be looking to spoil the party and it too has the credentials over this type of trip. It has transitioned nicely from New Zealand and it is going to be bang in the mix.

In an open field outside of the favourite, there are some unknown quantities and Lady Justice fits that bill. This is a maiden plate, so anything could happen and Lady Justice has as good a chance as any.

It may be early in the career of Blanc De Noir but it looked the part when finishing 3rd over a similar trip at Hawkesbury last time out and another performance like that would put it in contention here.

VALUE BET - Regimental Colours - $6.50
Bjorn Baker is waiting for Regimental Colours to kick into gear in this type of contest and on stock, it should be bang in the hunt. It doesn't have much experience at this level but that could be said of the majority of the field.
