At Sandown-Lakeside on August 14, Warakurna finished 9th out of 16, while carrying 58kg at $16.00 odds. Previously, 3rd of 14 at Swan Hill BM64 on August 2, 2024, over 1300m. But what I like is his record at the track. Echuca stats are excellent, having not finished outside the top 3 yet. The trip should suit, it has been good before over this distance. A lot of winning form on dry tracks, the Echuca track should suit it nicely.

It hit the track on December 4 and Navy King put in a solid effort, finishing 7th out of 9. Tuesday's race sees some good odds to have a crack, I think. With Teodore Nugent on board, that gives me confidence too. Previously, 2nd of 10 at Ararat Open on November 10, 2024 over 1300m. Previously, this runner has loved running at this track and I think the conditions should suit it again.

Chica Mojito showed form on December 14 at Randwick, placing 2nd out of 8 in a BM78 on a good track, just 0.1 lengths behind Pier Pressure (55kg) with 60kg at $4.80. After that race, I think Chica Mojito can potentially improve and possibly get the win this time. Previously, 2nd of 13 at Kembla Grange BM88 on November 23, 2024 over 1600m. Likes dry conditions, rates highly. This race should be suitable and I think it can potentially win it.
