There is no letup in the racing schedule in New South Wales this weekend, as the circus rolls on to Randwick, in what should be another fascinating Saturday of action.

Chris Waller throws his hat into the ring with Scarlet Oak, a prolific horse at this level and who looks to be a serious contender. A hiatus ahead of this one is the only obvious question mark for punters though.

VALUE BET - Amenable - $6.50
Similarly, Amenable has a very good record at this level but hasn't been seen for a few months and will need to hit the ground running in order to compete in this company but it is very capable of doing so.

BEST BET - Fangirl - $2.20
The headline act of the day is Fangirl running in the 7+ Stakes and with so much on the line, connections will be hoping it can deliver. Warm up runs have been impressive and it will take some stopping here. 

THE DANGER - Zougotcha - $4.40
Stablemate Zougotcha will be laying down the gauntlet though and this should be a fascinating battle, between two very good horses. Form has been steady from Zougotcha and writing it off doesn't seem too wise.

VALUE BET - Royal Patronage - $6.00
French flyer Royal Patronage will be up for the fight for Waterhouse and Bott and is very much flying under the radar in this one. Keep an eye on it in the market, as the countdown to starters orders begins.

BEST BET - Whinchat - $3.70
One of the stars of last season makes its return here at Randwick, as Whinchat looks to hit the ground running. This horse is made for contests such as this, with the only question mark being around its early season fitness levels.

THE DANGER - Moravia - $3.70
James McDonald comes to the party on board Moravia, a horse with not much form to speak of but who is used to operating in stronger fields and it could find another gear to get over the line in this one.

VALUE BET - Kibou - $8.50
Waterhouse and Bott have been getting a tune out of Kibou for a few seasons and in an open contest such as this, it is more than in with a shout. Recent placings are a good sign and Kibou will take some beating on current form.
