A couple of poor runs of late have checked the progress of Medatsu but it remains a seriously quick horse, more than capable of challenging in this field. It very much depends on which Medatsu we see here.

Similarly, Raf Attack has been struggling to bag a win in recent times but a couple of placings in recent times will be a huge boost to confidence and it should be in contention here.

Another horse bang in nick is Tenbury Wells, who has won its last two races - albeit at a lower standard. This is a great chance for Tenbury Wells to test itself against some of the best around though.
