The Hayes clan have been getting a tune out of Chewing Gum and this looks set to be a serious test of its credentials. It won its only career outing so far and whilst this is a big step up, Chewing Gum could stick it to the competition here.

A promising start has not been backed up by Khadime in the past couple of races and this could be a rude awakening. However, it is a horse that comes from serious stock and it won't be too far away here.

Two wins from two career races have made plenty stand up and take note of Sugar Coat, who will be looking to ruffle a few feathers here. This is a jump up in competition but it is in the winning groove and who is going to stop it?

A poor run in higher company last time out at Flemington will be a concern for Ndola but it returns to this level better for the experience and flies under the radar a touch in a busy betting market.
