Horse Racing Tips and Best Bets 06/12/24

I have horse racing best bets of the day to enjoy for Friday's racing at Moonee Valley and Randwick-Kensington. I'm heading to Moonee Valley for my best bet of the day in Race 4. Also, for my roughie bet, I've got my eye on Barazin in Race 5 at Randwick-Kensington. At Moonee Valley, the track conditions should be nice for race day, it's a good 4 rating at the moment. The track conditions at Randwick-Kensington are looking good for racing. Let's get into it!

Last time on the track, it placed 3rd out of 11 in the BM64 at Moonee Valley on November 15. That race was on a good track and it came in 2.3 lengths behind Jaz Tycoon (57kg). Should be in the mix. Previously, 1st of 14 at Ballarat Mdn on October 24, 2024 over 1600m. Get’s a good Barrier draw this Friday night and I think she’ll be hard to beat. The track conditions should her nicely too, she’s won on a good track before and is usually in the mix.

Barazin showed form on November 23 at Wyong, placing 2nd out of 6 in a Cls 1 on a good track, just 2.3 lengths behind Pasima (60.5kg) with 57.5kg at $8.50. After that race, I think Barazin can potentially improve and possibly get the win this time. The trip should suit, it has been good before over this distance. He comes off running 1600m but should enjoy the extra 200m on offer this Friday. Seems like it should run well and should be a solid bet for punters. Good record second-up too.

The Group 1 races 2024 continue this Saturday with some key races at Randwick in NSW and Ascot, WA. The Ingham takes place at Randwick Racecourse on Saturday over 1600m and there is 2 million in prize money up for grabs. Meanwhile, the Northerly Stakes is the feature race of the day at Ascot.
