Harry Got Styles: In its last run, this horse finished 7th of 11 at Caulfield in a Open on July 27, 2024 over 1200m, 6.6 lengths behind Piastri (54kg). Should enjoy running first-up as has been the case in it's career.

Nuts 'N' Bolts: Last run was a 6th finish at Sandown-Lakeside over 1200m in a BM64. But, I think Nuts 'N' Bolts could run well here from barrier 12. Likes running first-up.

Laa De Sha: Resuming on Friday. Last run was a good one, it had a nice run and beat the field. This horse just knows how to win. With Daniel Stackhouse on board, this horse should get another favourable run and could get the win again. Decent record fourth-up so I like it each-way.

Walter Spur: Previously, it finished 5th of 13 at Geelong in a BM64 on July 12, 2024 over 1230m, 2.7 lengths behind Zoupurring (60kg). Very good top 3 stats at track.

Laizabout: Last time out, it had a perfect run and won, looking much fitter. This horse knows how to bring the heat and last time out at Taree, it showed us exactly what he's made of. With Unknown in the saddle, its a force to be reckoned with and could very well take the win again. Rates a terrific each-way play, I think.

Run Rory Run: Last race, Run Rory Run was 5th out of 9 at Kempsey on July 30 on a soft track over 1250m, 1.1 lengths behind Toomuchinformation (61.5kg) with 60kg at $2.50. But it should improve here. In good form at the moment, so hopefully that continues.

King Rupert: In its last run, this horse finished 7th of 14 at Rosehill in a Cls 2 on July 20, 2024 over 1100m, 5.7 lengths behind Lonhro's Queen (54.5kg).

Bad Boy Darby: Bad Boy Darby showed promise at Grafton on July 21, finishing 2nd out of 9 in a BM58 on a good track, just 1.5 lengths behind Chilling (57kg) with 57kg at $9.00. With that run under its belt, Bad Boy Darby is expected to improve and I think is a strong contender for this race. In winning form, don't look past it.

Chop The Ice: I'm a big fan of Chop The Ice in Race 6 at Canberra on Friday. On July 26, won over 1280m at Canberra Acton, carrying 60kg. That was nice win, so I believe that Chop The Ice can win on Friday as well. Loves the distance and I hope that continues over the 1280m.

Prophet's Pride: Previously, it finished 8th of 11 at Canterbury in a BM64 on July 24, 2024 over 1250m, 2.4 lengths behind Lady Extreme (59.5kg). Previous success running first-up in it's career and should enjoy the racing conditions at Canberra.

Mayfair Gold: Resuming on Friday. I like the look of Mayfair Gold in Race 6 at Canberra on Friday. Previously won at G B - Kempton Park over 2213m, carrying 61kg. That was a really good win, so I think Mayfair Gold should be tough to beat on Friday too. Should like the Canberra track.

Tulla Park: In its last race at Canberra Acton on July 26, it came out on top with a winning margin of 1.0 lengths. It was carrying 56kg and held off Miss Ostend (58kg), which was pretty good to watch at $26.00 odds. So, it's looking in good touch for this race. Likes running at Canberra, among the dangers for sure.
