I Wish I Win: Its last race saw this horse finish 5th of 9 at Moonee Valley in an Open over 1000m. However, I think I Wish I Win can do a better job here from barrier 12. Doesn't mind running second-up as I Wish I Win has proven success when it's in this situation.

Growing Empire: The last run for this horse was a good one, it had a nice run and beat the field. This horse just knows how to win. With Craig Williams on board, this horse should get another favourable run and could get the win again. Racing well at the moment, so I like its chances.

Hayasugi: In good form and has strong claims to win on Friday. Last start was a good one, placing 2nd in an Open at Moonee Valley over 1000m. Rates a terrific each-way play, I think.

Estriella: Coming off a decent effort at Moonee Valley, finishing 4th. A strong chance to make up for it here.

Guru Class: With Claire Ramsbotham on board last start, won at Grafton (1190m). So hopefully that form continues into Friday's race. On Friday, Claire Ramsbotham is in the saddle and knows how to win. Get on board. In good form at the moment, so hopefully that continues.

Desert Mist: Resuming on Friday. At Grafton on April 30, Desert Mist finished 5th out of 13, while carrying 60.5kg at $8.00 odds.

Super Jaie: The last run for this horse was a good one, it had a nice run and beat the field. This horse just knows how to win. With Courtney Bellamy on board, this horse should get another favourable run and could get the win again.

Intoxel: Previously, it finished 6th of 14 at Coffs Harbour in a BM58 on September 15, 2024, over 1200m, 2.8 lengths behind Super Jaie (59.5kg). Likes running at Lismore, among the dangers for sure.

News Bound: Last race, placed 3rd of 12 at Bathurst in a Cls 1 over 1100m, just 0.5 lengths behind Quick Onyx (55kg) carrying 58kg at $1.45. I think it could be a nice safe each way bet.

Paris Lad: Last run, it finished 3rd at Moree over 1200m. Should be right in the thick of things.

Bush Telegraph: First-up on Friday and won before on debut. Also, has enjoyed this distance so I think it needs to go into this exacta.

Eclair: Won at this track last month on a heavy track. Hasn’t had much success on good tracks just yet, so that is the only query. However, it loves racing at Scone racecourse and I like the trend for this race.
