Check out the best free horse racing tips and best bets of the day for Thursday's racing at Geelong, Hawkesbury and Northam. I like the form of Supernima at Geelong in Race 3. Also, for my 2nd multi leg, I've got Hydrometer in Race 6 at Hawkesbury. Then, I also like Boussac at Northam in Race 5. Resuming on Thursday. Has a positive first-up record in its career. In its recent race at Flemington, Supernima came in third, not too far behind 1st and 2nd. After that run, it should have a good chance of running a place in this race. Billy Egan is in good form and should be able to get a good run. Previously, 1st of 9 at Pakenham Mdn on May 23, 2024 over 1200m. Has a 50% career win rate so it knows how to win. Very good stats when it's racing at this 1247m distance. Likes running in dry conditions. Should enjoy running first-up as has been the case in its career.

Hydrometer is first-up on Thursday. In the recent outing for Hydrometer at Newcastle, it came in third, not far behind the leaders. Now that he's fitter, he's got a solid chance of finishing in the top three again. I think Lee Magorrian knows how to handle Hydrometer too with a 1st and 2nd in just 2 runs on board. Previously, 1st of 10 at Gosford Mdn on May 16, 2024 over 1200m. Has had success before in dry conditions so the track conditions should suit. Previously has had success when it's running first-up, so it's just another reason to get on board.

Boussac showed form on September 15 at Northam, placing 2nd out of 13 in a Mdn on a good track, just 0.5 lengths behind Our Mate Archie (58kg) with 58kg at $3.30. After that race, I think Boussac can potentially improve and possibly get the win this time. Previously, 5th of 13 at Pinjarra Scarpside Mdn on April 4, 2024, over 1000m. Loves this track as it is yet to finish outside the top 3. In good form at the moment, so hopefully that continues.

It’s another huge week of racing around Australia with Group 1 races on the agenda. On Friday night at Mooney Valley, the Manikato Stakes is the headline race with up to $2,000,000 in prize money up for grabs. I Wish I Win and Hayasugi are the top favourites at the moment. Then on Saturday, we have the Golden Rose Stakes at Rosehill Racecourse over 1400m.
