Attention turns to Caulfield again this Saturday, in what should be a very interesting day of racing, with plenty of big horses involved.

American flyer Quantum Cat is a seriously quick horse for Chris Waller and this looks to be the perfect fit at Caulfield in the opener. It hasn't been as prolific with the wins as a couple of seasons ago but it is the one to catch here.

THE DANGER - Denmark - $5.00
Another Waller contender is in the mix here in Denmark, who will be looking to push its stablemate all the way in this one. This distance looks to be a good fit and Blake Shinn is a shrewd booking in the saddle.

VALUE BET - Rise To It - $6.50
Ciaron Maher joins the party with Rise To It, a horse that hasn't always reached its potential but who is more than capable of mixing it in this company and is one to keep a keen eye on.

Two wins from two outings have had trainer Ciaron Maher purring about the progress being made by Federer and this is its sternest test yet. It is the one to catch in the eyes of all punters though and it should roar home here at Caulfield.

Kiwi flyer Le Zebra looks to be a decent challenger though, especially with the experienced Damian Lane on board. Form hasn't been anything to write home about but Le Zebra could certainly contend here.

VALUE BET - Nails Murphy - $8.50
Perhaps the horse in the best form outside of the favourite, Nails Murphy is a classy operator, who has plenty of experience at this level and who looks a very good price to be in the placings mix at least.

Pericles is a horse that always puts in a shift for connections and who has been in fine fettle of late. Winning the Underwood Stakes would be a real coup and it should be chomping at the bit to pick up this scalp.

Irish flyer Place Du Carrousel hasn't been seen on track for a while but it is a very dangerous horse, in a contest such as this. Mark Zahra is going to give it a good ride here at Caulfield and it should be firmly in the hunt.

VALUE BET - Fawkner Park - $7.50
Winning was a habit Fawkner Park enjoyed last season and whilst this is its first run of the term, it is a chance to lay down a marker for the season ahead. This is a horse that can't be ruled out of any contest.
