Wednesday racing continues with a mid-week meeting at Canterbury. Here are some free horse racing tips and multi bets to enjoy.

BEST BET - #4 - War Star
War Star placed 3rd out of 10 in a BM64 on December 18 over 1600m, on a good track, just 1.4 lengths behind Subarctic (60.5kg) with 59kg at $3.30. I think it's a real genuine chance of beating the field this time.

THE DANGER - #2 - Hiawatha
Coming off a decent effort at Hawkesbury, finishing 4th. A strong chance to make up for it here. Likes dry conditions, rates highly.

VALUE BET - #8 - Investment
Improving mare that has been running well lately without a win, this could be the race. Alysha Collett will be on board for the 3rd straight time and they’ve formed a good combo thus far.

BEST BET - #10 - Time To Boogie
Finished 2nd last start at Randwick with Rachel King in the saddle. Currently in great racing form, I think this runner is the one to watch in this race.

THE DANGER - #3 - Our Kobison
In its latest run at Randwick BM94 on December 21, it held its ground and snagged 4th place out of 11, not too bad.

VALUE BET - #4 - Iowna Merc
Impressive fourth-up record and should be at peak fitness on Wednesday. Comes off a nice win at Randwick too.

BEST BET - #11 - Unleeshing
Unleashing showed promise at Rosehill on December 7, finishing 2nd out of 6 in a BM72 on a soft track, just 1.3 lengths behind Private Harry (58.5kg) with 52.5kg at $10.00. With that run under its belt, Unleeshing is expected to improve and I think is a strong contender for this race. Rates a terrific each-way play, I think.

THE DANGER - #7 - Manuscript
Manuscript showed some form at Canterbury last time. In its last start, Manuscript placed 3rd out of 6 in a BM64 on December 20 over 1200m, on a good track, just 2.0 lengths behind Apex (59.5kg) with 58kg at $3.60.

VALUE BET - #1 - Opal Fields
Looking for back to back wins. Nash Rawiller is on board for the first time and she usually eats up this distance.
