Ruthin set to make Australian debut this weekend as Coolangatta and Cannonball head to Royal Ascot!

The latest in all things horse racing betting with some blackbookers who are looking close to a win that I have gone through, the prospects of Coolangatta and Cannonball heading to England’s Royal Ascot and American star filly Ruthin comes across to Australia for her first start in the country this weekend which will also be covered in our Saturday Racing Tips.

Blackbookers from the past Saturday’s Horse racing

Onlyracing.com.au’s free horse racing tips went pretty well this past weekend and as such there are always a couple who look close to wins without having picked them up. The first of which is the lightly raced Gelatin who has only had the two starts thus far but looks close to a win before the end of the season. He raced in the opener at Rosehill Racecourse when not getting clear air until late but when he got clear he powered home for a solid placing. I think he wins wherever connections place him next.
We also were taking advantage of the money back promotions with Playup at Ipswich Racecourse on Saturday and had defiant Spirit in the 2YO race who just got no luck there, having to overrace to recover from a bad start, somehow, he managed to start a huge run at the 100m and nearly won but went down by a neck. I think we see him start next time out on a bigger Metro track and if he doesn’t miss the jump I think he scores easily at the next outing.

Ruthin set to make Australian racing debut this Saturday

Joe Pride has brought across one of the most interesting runners of the season so far in Ruthin who will be having her first Australian start and has only had four starts so far but looks like an extremely progressive horse, winning on debut in a listed race before racing in a couple more at Royal Ascot. He’s going to look very strong running in whichever race they choose to place him on Saturday and I will be sure to cover him in my Saturday racing tips / best bets tips. See the link below for Ruthin’s impressive debut win.

Aussie Group One stars off to Royal Ascot

England’s world renowned racing carnival kicks off tonight and the Aussie betting sites have geared up with some good promotions for the carnival and to kick things off in the Group 1 King’s Stand Stakes on the opening day we have two Aussies in Coolangatta and Cannonball who look to represent Aussie racing in a race our country has done very well in. Maher and Eustace stated they started to prepare Coolangata for this race after winning the Group 1 Black Caviar Stakes and think she is a genuine chance in this field. As for Cannonball, The Snowdens had brought him over to Ascot a few weeks ago and they had this to say:
"We took him to Ascot on Wednesday and he never turned a hair there. He has a good constitution and temperament to go with it so hopefully he has the ability to match on Tuesday.''
I think we should see both of our Aussie’s go very well in the carnival this Tuesday, feel free to take a look below at Coolangata’s winning run in the Black Caviar and Cannonball’s winning run in the Maurice McCarten Stakes.
