Meanwhile, Cranbourne comes with similar conditions, rated a soft 5 at the moment. It's night racing so the meeting will begin just after 5pm and the last race finishes before 9pm.

Wembanyana was so close to winning on the Kensington track in his last race, just missing out by 0.2 lengths behind Magnatear a month ago. That race was his first attempt at this distance range and he handled it really well. Now, with that experience and a bit more fitness under his belt, he's looking good for the 1600m this time around. You can expect to see him settling in the midfield during the race.

Sleeper is gearing up for his Aussie debut after a decent run in New Zealand. With just three starts under his belt, he's already shown some promise, clinching a win at Hastings last November. That race was a real highlight, especially considering the tough conditions with heavy ground. Despite facing a bit of early trouble in his next outing at Trentham, he still managed to pull off an impressive third-place finish. Now, as he prepares for his Australian debut, Sleeper has been putting in the work, showing solid form in his lead-up jumpouts at Pakenham where he's secured third place in both. With his knack for finishing strong, he's definitely one to watch out for in upcoming races.
