Only Racing has you covered for Friday horse racing action at Moonee Valley. We have your best bet of the day as well as a cheeky roughie. Bold Print has caught my eye in Race 7 at Moonee Valley. I also like the look of Boguesin Race 4 at Moonee Valley. The track is rated a good 5 for racing at Moonee Valley on Friday night. Let's get into it!

Best Tip: Bold Print #1 Moonee Valley R7

Last race, Bold Print ran a place (2nd) at Moonee Valley over 955m, just finishing behind the winner (Projeto (59.5kg)). Should get a lot of confidence from that run and should be a good bet again. That was his first run at Moonee Valley, making him one of the dangers for sure. Very good stats when it's racing at this 955m distance, already 3 wins in 6 starts. Jason Maskiell is back on board and looking for his 4th win on board this runner, I wouldn’t back against him.

Best Roughie: Bogues #9 Moonee Valley R4

Bogues comes off a dominant win at Geelong over 2255m, beating the field by 6 lengths. He looks like he’ll enjoy the extra trip at the Valley on Friday night and he has placed at this distance before. Craig Newitt is back in the saddle and looking to make it back to back wins. After that win at Geelong, I think he offers good value in this race if he gets a good run.

Last Saturday was another great day of racing around Australia and it was headlined by The Gong (1600m) at Kembla Grange. Gringotts, trained by Ciaron Maher, held off the field to win by 0.8 lengths in a stunning finish. While over in Perth, Port Lockroy won the Railway Stakes at Ascot Racecourse for the Annabel Neasham stable.

This week, the Group 1 races continue in Western Australia with the Winterbottom Stakes on Saturday afternoon. Horse racing promos are a nice way to get enjoy the action and OldGill is a site I’m using this week. It’s one of the new bookies out there so they don’t have a massive range of features yet. But they have the basics covered when it comes to betting on the races.

One of their best features is same race multi, which is available for a lot of top meetings. The guys also offer protest payout and best tote odds. There is also a blended Dutch betting feature, which is pretty unique. Along with an easy to use website / mobile app, I think they should be able to keep the racing excitement going this week, just before Summer rolls around.
