On Thursday, the racing continues with some expected quality races at Hawkesbury and we have Mornington tips too. Lugarno has caught my eye in Race 5 at Hawkesbury. Also, for my roughie bet, I've got my eye on Justifiable Award in Race 7 at Mornington. The track at Hawkesbury is looking in good condition, it's rated a good 4 for race day on Thursday. The track is rated a good 5 for racing at Mornington on Thursday. Let's get into it!

Lugarno is in great form at the moment and I’m expecting the trend to continue in this race on Thursday afternoon. He’s coming off a solid win at Kembla Grange last start on a heavy track. Hawkesbury will bring different conditions with a good track. Lugarno has 5 starts on good tracks and has been unlucky not to get a win, finishing 2nd three times. Distance record is good as well so bodes well for this race. Good odds at either PlayUp, Chasebet or Questbet.

The last time this horse hit the track, Justifiable Award put in a better effort, and that's something to take note of for Thursday's race. With Tatum Bull riding, you know that Justifiable Award has got a jockey who can handle business. Previously, 10th of 12 at Launceston Open on February 28, 2024 over 1400m. Very good record at the track, watch out for it on Thursday. Should enjoy the distance (1500m).
