Thursday’s track is a soft 5 but that could change come race time and that should suit her nicely. She has won before first-up and comes off a nice trial victory in a 10 horse field. Shinny on board for the first time and he’ll know how to get the job done in this sprint.

Last Saturday was another great day of racing around Australia and it was headlined by The Gong (1600m) at Kembla Grange. Gringotts, trained by Ciaron Maher, held off the field to win by 0.8 lengths in a stunning finish. While over in Perth, Port Lockroy won the Railway Stakes at Ascot Racecourse for the Annabel Neasham stable.

This week, the Group 1 races continue in Western Australia with the Winterbottom Stakes on Saturday afternoon.
