First-up on Tuesday. Hasn't fallen out of the top three in 4 career starts when it's resuming, so that bodes well for Tuesday. Signal has a very good record at the track too, it's won twice in 3 career starts. Ethan Brown is back in the saddle and is due for a win on board Signal, they've finished 2nd and 3rd in 3 starts thus far. So I think it can get the win in this race.

Best Roughie: Lafilio #7 Gundagai R6
In its last race at Wagga on July 22, it came out on top with a winning margin of 0.8 lengths. It was carrying 59kg and held off Mount Hotham (59kg), which was pretty good to watch at $3.80 odds. So, it's looking in good touch for this race. Before that, Lafilio finished first at Narrandera in a BM66 on July 14, 2024, over 2100m. Loves this track, but is yet to finish outside the top 3. Good stats at the distance too, bodes well for Tuesday. Wet track form reads well too Doesn't mind running fourth-up as Lafilio has proven success when it's in this situation. In winning form, don't look past it.
