Horse Racing Tips and Best Bets 09/10/24

I also like the look of Mornington Pier in Race 5 at Sale. At Randwick-Kensington, the track conditions should be nice for race day, it's a good 4 rating at the moment. The conditions at Sale are looking good for racing as well. Let's get into it!

In its last race on June 15 at Rosehill, he surged to the front, winning by 1.3 lengths. He carried 58kg and managed to beat Silvanito (59kg), which was quite impressive, especially at $2.35 odds. So, it's definitely in top form right now. Has enjoyed plenty of success at Randwick-Kensington with a 100% record of finishing in the top three. Good stats at the distance too, bodes well for Wednesday. Loves dry conditions, the track at Randwick-Kensington should be nice.

Last race, Mornington Pier ran a place (2nd) at Cranbourne over 1600m with Ben Allen on board, just finishing behind the winner (Statuario (56.5kg)). Should get a lot of confidence from that run and should be a good bet again. Previously, 2nd of 13 at Bendigo RST64 on August 29, 2024, over 1400m. Plenty of winning form on these types of tracks. Rates a terrific each-way play, I think.

After a weekend of thrilling Group 1 races 2024 at Flemington and Randwick, the action doesn’t stop this weekend.
