On Thursday, I have looked through the field at Bendigo, Newcastle and Northam and found some races that I think should be suitable for an exacta bet. Get the best bets at Only Racing!

Exacta - Bendigo - R7

1st: 1, 2, 11, 7

2nd: 1, 2, 11, 7

Boys Night Out: Last run was a good one, it had a nice run and beat the field. This horse just knows how to win. With Damian Lane on board, this horse should get another favourable run and could get the win again. Doesnt mind running third-up, good record thus far.

It'sbruce: Last time on the track, it placed 3rd out of 9 in the BM64 at Ballarat Synthetic on August 6. That race was on a synthetic track and it came in 1.3 lengths behind Crown Waters (57kg). I think its a real genuine each way chance.

Fulmen Filou: In its last race at Pakenham Synthetic on August 12, it came out on top with a winning margin of 2.0 lengths. It was carrying 57kg and held off Bologna Baby (57.5kg), which was pretty good to watch at $3.90 odds. So, it's looking in good touch for this race.

Salchow: In its last run, this horse finished 6th of 9 at Sandown-Lakeside in a BM64 on August 4, 2024 over 1400m, 4.5 lengths behind Hola Amigos (61kg). But, doesnt mind running third-up, good record thus far.

Exacta - Newcastle - R5

1st: 13, 3, 6, 2

2nd: 13, 3, 6, 2

Snow In May: Snow In May showed some form at Randwick last time. In it's last start, Snow In May placed 3rd out of 7 in a Barrier Trial-Open on August 19 over 1050m, on a heavy track, just 1.8 lengths behind Jon Bon.

Mogul Monarch: J Ford was on board last run and won over 1100m at Hawkesbury. Racing well at the moment, so I like its chances.

Empress Of Japan: Last start, Empress Of Japan was 6th of 8 at Randwick on August 19 over 1050m on a heavy track, 3.0 lengths behind Anode. But it should improve here. Has been good before when it's first-up.

Bush Telegraph: With Reith on board last start, won at Scone (1100m). So hopefully that form continues into Thursday's race. On Thursday, Reece Jones is in the saddle and knows how to win. Get on board. Likes running first-up.

Exacta - Northam - R7

1st: 2, 4, 7, 1

2nd: 2, 4, 7, 1

Tiger Line: Tiger Line showed some promise at Bunbury last time. In its last start, Tiger Line placed 3rd out of 12 in a Cls 5 on August 15 over 1695m, on a soft track, just 1.5 lengths behind Dash Of Brandy (56.5kg) with 57.5kg at $4.40. Rates a terrific each-way play, I think.

Zaza Rock: It hit the track on July 25 and Zaza Rock put in a solid effort, finishing 7th out of 12. Thursday's race sees some good odds to have a crack, I think. With Lucy Fiore on board, that gives me confidence too. Doesn't mind running fourth-up as Zaza Rock has proven success when it's in this situation.

Nod And Smile: Last time on the track, it placed 3rd out of 10 in the Cls 1 at Belmont Park on August 7. That race was on a heavy track and it came in 1.2 lengths behind Dark Looks (58.5kg). Should be in the mix.

Queensland Diesel: Carbery was on board last run and won over 1600m at Pinjarra. So I think that's a good form guide for Thursday's race and should be tough to beat down the straight. In winning form, don't look past it.
