The Group 1 races season is in full tilt with massive listed racing again this weekend but for now we focus on our midweek racing and I have posted full length free horse racing tips for each of the aforementioned racecourses. It’s going to be a big day of racing as we look towards the weekend’s listed races and as such we are looking to pick up some more lucrative bets. Best Exotic Tips of the Day | October 11th
Exacta - Warwick Farm - R3
1st: 3, 7
2nd: 2, 3, 6, 7
The #3 is my next best bet of the day at Warwick Farm and whilst I think he is a top chance at winning he is going to have to beat the other joint favourite in this race in the #7 so I am playing this exacta as opposed to building one around my best bet at Warwick Farm as I think the likely exacta is 2,3. Full write up in my Wednesday tips.
Exacta - Warwick Farm - R5
1st: 4, 6, 8, 10
2nd: 4, 6, 8, 10
Next best bet at Warwick Farm here in the #6 and he is at nice odds of around $6-7 across the aussie betting sites but I do think that the other three runners I have outlined in my Wednesday tips are all winning chances. Bar one of the runners, they are all at around $7.00 or better priced so this could prove a very lucrative bet.
Exacta - Ipswich - R6
1st: 5
2nd: 2, 10, 11
Best bet of the day at Ipswich and whilst the #5 is in a similar position as the first exotics tip in this article, being that he will have to roll an equal priced joint favourite. I am slightly more confident that he gets it done and I think that isolating him at first also makes this a very lucrative bet. I am putting all my eggs in one basket here but the other two exacta’s are “safe” so I'm happy to risk this one.

- Trifecta betting can prove extremely lucrative when a higher odds runner fills any of the spots in the trifecta as it massively boosts the total odds.
- 50% of runners that finish first in the trifecta were placed in their start prior
- More than 65% of runners that finish second in trifectas finished 1st-5th in their start prior
- A simple way of comparing two horses that you are considering adding into your exacta / trifecta is to add their placings from the last four starts and take the smaller of the two
