Damian Lane gets on board Highlands here, a horse with plenty of standing and it will feel that a win is long overdue. Competition is tough and it will have to run well but Highlands is a serious contender here in the eyes of many punters and betting sites.

A poor run at Bendigo a couple of weeks ago has put a few question marks on Mahsay but it is an excellent horse, who should relish this contest and it is the each way shout with many punters and betting apps.

It is Maxxi Bon that looks to be the one to beat in the penultimate race of the day for the Kelly yard. Recent good showings haven't turned into wins and connections will be hoping that changes in this one at Geelong.

THE DANGER - Proprietory - $4.60
In a similar vein, Proprietory has been unlucky of late, not quite being able to get wins over the line whilst running pretty well. This is a good fit in terms of course and distance though and it is one to keep an eye on for most punters and betting sites.
