It's a massive day of horse racing betting on Wednesday in Australia and I'm here to try and nail a multi across race meetings at Sandown and Canterbury. I like the form of Athanatos at Sandown in Race 2. Meanwhile, I also need to include California Sunrise at Canterbury in Race 1. I also like Fortingall in Race 3 at Canterbury to give us a safe bet to end the multi. Let's get into the Wednesday multi!

Last time out, it finished 3rd out of 11 in the Mdn at Pakenham Synthetic on July 29. That race was over 1100m on a synthetic track and it came in 1.2 lengths behind Snick (57.5kg). Definitely among the winning chances. Previously, 3rd of 12 at Pakenham Mdn on February 22, 2024 over 1200m. I think its a real genuine each way chance.

California Sunrise showed form on July 31 at Warwick Farm, placing 2nd out of 8 in a BM72 on a soft track, just 1.5 lengths behind Serene Nic (54.5kg) with 55.5kg at $4.40.After that race, I think California Sunrise can potentially improve and possibly get the win this time. Previously, 3rd of 9 at Kembla Grange Cls 1 on July 18, 2024 over 1600m. Has a very positive record of finishing in the top three so my confidence in California Sunrise is sky high. Good stats when it's second-up. Racing well at the moment, so I like its chances.

Last time out, it had a perfect run and won, looking much fitter. This horse knows how to bring the heat and last time out at Kembla Grange, it showed us exactly what he's made of. With Tim Clark in the saddle, its a force to be reckoned with and could very well take the win again. Before that, Fortingall finished first at Randwick in a Barrier Trial-Open on June 14, 2024 over 740m. First-up form looks good. I think its a real genuine each way chance.
