Cable Dancer showed some promise at Mornington last time. In it's last start, Cable Dancer placed 3rd out of 9 in a BM78 on June 10 over 2000m, on a soft track, just 1.8 lengths behind Vegas Knight (59kg) with 54kg at $19.00. Distance shouldn't be an issue either, loves running 2200m. A lot of winning form on dry tracks, the Ballarat Synthetic track should suit it nicely. Great odds at Chasebet.

On June 7 at Albury in a Cls 1 over 1400m, Tycoon Jenny started slow and finished 8th out of 13, while carrying 62.5kg at $4.60 odds. Previously, 4th of 8 at Wyong BM72 on March 20, 2024 over 1350m. Good stats at the distance too, bodes well for Friday. Likes running first-up too. Best odds at Chasebet or BlueBet.

Her last race saw her finish 5th of 11 at Scone in a BM82 over 1000m, 4 lengths behind Miss Tarzy carrying 56kg at $11. However, I think Broken Hill can do a better job here from barrier 1. Previously, 3rd of 4 at Tamworth Barrier Trial-Open on May 29, 2024 over 950m. Tamworth stats are excellent, having not finished outside the top 3 yet. Loves the distance and I hope that continues over the 1200m. Likes running second-up, good record. Chasebet has excellent odds.
