Saturday Racing Tips - Randwick - 08/06/24

Randwick is at the orefront of the racing calendar once more on Saturday, with 11 superb contests in the offing, giving something for punters and horse racing betting apps to get fully on board with.

With the going set to be so heavy at Randwick on Satruday, this looks to be an unpredictable one in race 2. However, Watch My Girl is the hot favourite here and something drastic would have to happen for it not to be in the hunt.

David Payne remains one of the most prolific trainers in Australia in the eyes of many punters and betting sites and State Of America is his call here. The trip won't be perfect but it is a gritty runner and State Of America could be one to watch here.

VALUE BET – Gelatin - $10.00

The openness of the field is exemplified by the long odds being offered and Gelatin is a horse that could cash in on that for both punters and betting apps. Heavy going won't be an issue and this should be the type of race Gelatin can compete in.

High quality horses adorn this card at Randwick and few come better than Williamsburg. A top notch performer for the Ryan yard, Williamsburg is a horse for all punters and betting sites to keep an eye on in the betting ring.

Having bagged over $1 million in career prize money, Sky Lab is a well known force to all punters and betting apps. The heavy going will suit and Sky Lab should be firmly in the hunt here.

Ruby Flyer certainly knows its way around the track here at Randwick and that familiarity is a tick in the box for many punters and betting sites. Having hit the post a few times recently, motivation will be high in the Ruby Flyer camp to get a win here.
