Ready to win now. Finished second last start with Tommy Berry on board at Canterbury. Rates a terrific each-way play, I think.

THE DANGER - #3 - Soldier Of Rome
Soldier Of Rome is first-up on Wednesday. Has a positive first-up record in its career. In its latest run at Canterbury BM72 on April 17, it held its ground and snagged 4th place out of 10, not too bad. Should enjoy running first-up as has been the case in its career.

VALUE BET - #2 - Dazzle Legend
Resuming on Wednesday. I like the form of Dazzle Legend for Race 5 at Rosehill on Wednesday. Won at Randwick over 1600m on January 27.

BEST BET - #7 - Just Party - (NEXT BEST)
Last start, this horse tried its best but was just not good enough in the end, finishing 4th of 13 at Rosehill in an Open over 1400m, 0.8 lengths behind Mayfair (59kg). But I'm backing it to get into the top three this time or maybe even get the win for punters on Wednesday. Likes running second-up, good record.

THE DANGER - #1 - True To Form
Finished second last start with Molly Bourke on board at Randwick-Kensington. In good form at the moment, so should give this field a run for its money.

VALUE BET - #11 - Wembanyama
Resuming on Wednesday. Wembanyama showed form on May 17 at Scone, placing 2nd out of 13 in a Cls 1 on a soft track, just 0.3 lengths behind Unique Ambition (59.5kg) with 60.5kg at $2.80. After that race, I think Wembanyama can potentially improve and possibly get the win this time. Has been good before when it's first-up.

BEST BET - #10 - Mergeila
Last run, took down Indecisive (55.5kg) over 1250m at Canterbury (starting price: $1.75). I think that was an impressive win, so I'm backing Mergeila to get the win on Wednesday, especially from barrier 8 with James McDonald in the saddle.

THE DANGER - #7 - Extremely Hardys
With Tim Clark on board, won at Canterbury (1200m) in its last start. So hopefully that form continues into Wednesday's race. On Wednesday, Kerrin McEvoy is back in the saddle and knows how to win. Get on board. Has been good before when it's first-up.

VALUE BET - #9 - Waterville
Resuming on Wednesday. Last time out at Wyong, Waterville was right up there with the leaders and put in a solid effort. He showed great speed and battled on fairly well. This time, I think it's got a more favourable draw, which should give it a better shot. With that advantage, this horse is definitely among the dangers and one to watch closely. In its last start, Waterville was 56.5kg and ended up finishing 2nd, behind Scalextrics (61kg) over 1600m after being right in the thick of things around the corner.
