Zoupurring showed some form at Flemington last time. In it's last start, Zoupurring placed 3rd out of 13 in a BM74 on August 3 over 1200m, on a soft track, just 0.3 lengths behind Kiko (57.5kg) with 57kg at $13.00. Very good career record in second-up situations.
THE DANGER - #11 - Queen Starlight
Last race, Queen Starlight ran a place (2nd) at Sandown-Lakeside over 1200m with L Nolen on board, just finishing behind the winner (Unlimited Magic (60kg)). Should get a lot of confidence from that run and should be a good bet again. In winning form, don't look past it.
VALUE BET - #10 - Peru
Resuming on Wednesday. Last start, it tried hard but was outgunned, finishing 4th of 14 at Flemington in a Open over 1400m, 5.0 lengths behind Rue De Royale (57kg). I expect this runner to finish strong and should offer good value odds for punters on Wednesday.

Last run was a good one, it had a nice run and beat the field. This horse just knows how to win. With Michael Dee on board, this horse should get another favourable run and could get the win again. Likes running second-up, good record.
THE DANGER - #5 - Hola Amigos
Last run, took down Flying Ace (57kg) over 1400m at Sandown-Lakeside (starting price: $4.60).I think that was an impressive win, so I'm backing Hola Amigos to get the win on Wednesday, especially from barrier 11 with Vlad Duric in the saddle. Looked good first-up and should be even fitter now.
VALUE BET - #11 - Hughes
In its recent race at Sandown-Lakeside, Hughes came in third, not too far behind 1st and 2nd. After that run, it should have a good chance of running a place in this race. Beau Mertens is in good form and should be able to get a good run. Has enjoyed racing third-up in it's career.

Last start, beat The Marg Factor (54kg) at Sandown-Lakeside over 1400m at the starting price of $6.00. That was a good win and I like Royal Invader on Wednesday too, especially with Michael Dee on board from barrier 9. Has looked good this prep and has enjoyed winning form fourth-up before.
THE DANGER - #10 - She's Pretty Rich
In its recent race at Sandown-Lakeside, She's Pretty Rich came in third, not too far behind 1st and 2nd. After that run, it should have a good chance of running a place in this race. Blake Shinn is in good form and should be able to get a good run. In winning form, don't look past it.
VALUE BET - #13 - Callmeanicon
In its last race on August 5 at Pakenham Synthetic, he surged to the front, winning by 1.5 lengths. He carried 59kg and managed to beat Russian Summer (58.5kg), which was quite impressive, especially at $11.00 odds. So, it's definitely in top form right now. In good form at the moment, so hopefully that continues.
