It wasn’t the easiest Thursday racing to return to from my short layoff from tips with both of our runners being completely luckless and our roughie of the day being backed in from $21 > $6.00 come jump time where he just couldn’t get a break out wide all run but we look to hit back hard here and I have posted full length free horse racing tips on our site. Smart placement by the Bjorn Baker stable to put forth Wategos to take out the Murwillumbah Cup and I think there is a good chance he beats these dominantly. There’s a few here who he has matched up against before but Wategos is just going so well this campaign. His last two runs he has won well in Saturday grade at Rosehill, first beating off the likes of future Group racing star Givara in a tough run before stepping out over the 1350m and knocking off King Of Naples and For Victory in another bold effort. He will be hard fit, with plenty to offer fourth up here and with Jimmy Orman on he has to be the leading contender.

Very interesting horse for Mick Williams in Ripple Effect who has had just the two career starts and resumes here off of a 26 week spell. The first start came in New Zealand where he began awkwardly and took another knock early but came on so strongly late over the 1000m he was able to beat all but the winner there. He was sent away for some time after then before resuming in a 1400m Warrnambool race where he had the gun run but was truly outstanding first up, clocked some good times and displayed what looks like a dynamic run style to overcome traffic. The query is how he lines up here / how he returns from the long lay off but you’re getting a worthwhile price right now.
