Racing returns to Geelong Racecourse and Scone Racecourse this Friday off the back of what has been a very solid week of racing already and we got unlucky today, with our best bet not coming on and our outsider placing but we look to hit back hard here and I have full articles posted as per usual with my free horse racing tips on the site for both racecourses but in this article I have picked out a best bet and best outside chance of the day and scanned across all the Aussie betting sites / betting apps to find the best odds for these picks as well as the promotions that our bookmakers are currently offering. I can’t get away from the Kris Lees trained Tiva Bay who is flying and in, what I would classify as, career best form after being patiently brought along by the Stable with crucial timed breaks to sustain her fitness but also not have her burn out. She put together three sharp placings, all of which on the bounce and all of which she ended up runner up with one of them coming three runs back here. The writing was on the wall from all of those before racing last time out at Tamworth over the 2100m and grinded away all run for a brave last to first win. I think he will go on with it now and she will be tough to beat up 100m in trip and with McLellan retaining the ride.

I think that Thistler can hit back hard here off a sharp win two runs back and last time out he ran in a high weight handicap at Warrnambool racecourse in the true Heavy going and had to lump 70kg for that 2350m contest on a truly bogged down track and just didn’t handle that run when dropping out the race. I think he can be forgiven for that as the form really doesn’t translate for this assignment and if anything he will be fitter for that run. Before then he raced here off a smart four week let up from racing and was very good when chasing along the rails to do the best late of the field. I didn’t think he beat much off but another horse from that race has subsequently won since and think back to this track / trip fitter now he will only run an improved race.
