Without much speed in the race or around her I think Our Free Spirit can lob forward without it being too taxing and be very hard to beat here. The Tony Noonan trained runner was very good on the synthetic two back over the 1400m, just missing to place second in a bold effort from on the pace. He then went to race in town at Mornington and just faded late there over this distance. Looks very well placed here, hard fit and back 200m in trip from the last synthetic outing. If they chose to ride her forward I think she will go very well with no weight on her back as well.
