Best Tip: Coffs Harbour - R5 - #2 - My Mum's Toyboy

The Dodson camp sends a bunch of their locally trained runners out at Coffs Harbour tomorrow but I think that My Mum’s Toyboy rates as one of the better overall runners of the meeting and I am very keen to see how he shapes up here. He has had just the two career starts with the debut run being a sharp win at Taree before last racing there again where he had a bit go wrong through the run and probably should have won there but the protest was dismissed late. Hard fit third up, gets his chance to bounce back and win again.

Best Roughie: Albury - R5 - #5 - Hells Son

It took awhile for Hell’s Son to break the maiden tag but now that the stable has him going well I think that he can go on with it as he comes off the back of a win at Wangaratta a couple weeks ago over the 1170m where he just kept finding more through the run when improving throughout to eventually emerge the clear best and win very well there. I think the blinkers going on were clearly the key to him, they’ve been applied again and he will be sharp moving forward from here.
