Horse Racing Tips and Best Bets 31/07/23

Racing comes to some slightly unfamiliar tracks this Monday with seven race cards at Wellington racecourse (NSW) and Corowa racecourse and I have delved into the biases at each track as to get a better idea of the courses before curating my best bet and best outside chance of the day and below my tips you will find those insights. We come off the back of a great Sunday where we managed to pick up our roughie of the day at $8.00 across the Aussie betting sites which was a nice way to close out the weekend and I am keen to keep the momentum rolling and as usual I have attached to the tips my best bet and best outside chance of the day as well as where you can get the best odds for these picks across the horse racing betting sites. There won’t be too many promotions going around across our betting apps this Monday but there should still be one or two and I have picked those out and highlighted them below the tips. It should prove to be a solid Monday of racing to kick the week off in a good way and I am keen to get some winners!

Aussie Pharoah looks very well placed to back up his soft win last time out with another here for Mack Griffith. The three year old gelding was sold to Griffith from Maher and Eustace earlier this year and was putting in commendable performances until racing over the Mile last time out at Dubbo where he jumped odds on under Bullock and let the leaders get well out in front but just kept finding more in the straight to dig deep for a very impressive win, even if he may not have beat that much. He should be afforded a much more economical run this time round with no speed around him, and Bullock is more than capable of controlling things from out front. Nice price we are getting this time and I am keen on his prospects.

Add Milk has been clocking splits that read very well for this field in his last few runs and I think that he is definitely over the odds in this field. He’s been handing in only good efforts since his win three back over this distance at Swan Hill, with a bunch of close placings. His last two runs have come over the 1400m where he has been honest, but not totally suited in those last 100m or so of the run and I think hard fit and back to 1200m looks like a great set up for him. He draws barrier one for this assignment and should slide just behind the speed from there and only needs the slightest bit of clear air from there to have a powerful finish for them in the straight. Top chance at odds.
