Horse Racing Tips and Best Bets 02/09/23

Group 1 racing is well and truly underway this Saturday with massive cards set for Caulfield racecourse, Randwick racecourse and Eagle Farm racecourse and there are multiples listed races, Group 1 races and Group 2 and 3 races across the cards. It’s going to be a very exciting and competitive day and I have outlined all of my best betting spots in my free horse racing tips articles for each track so be sure to check those individual articles out and in this best bets tips I have picked out my overall best bet across all the race tracks and best outside chance of the day as well as where you can pick up the greatest odds across the Aussie horse racing betting sites / betting apps and below the tips I have written a short section on the best promotions going around on the betting sites. I am such a fan of Kerry Parker’s Think It Over and I believe now is his time to shine after resuming off of a huge spell in the Winx Stakes, his first run since the 2022 Queen Elizabeth Stakes win. He looked to have returned very well to racing when being eased down at the 1000m after not being afforded that many chances in the run but showing that he was right there and should now sharply improve, rarely runs a bad race second and I think Nash on is the perfect booking.

Veight resumes here for the McEvoy camp and looks wound up to win off the back of a run earlier this year in the ATC Sires on a bog down Randwick track where he didn’t handle the going behind Militarize. Prior to then he put together two belter wins to kick his career off and now has had a few months to improve and return even sharper. I imagine that bigger races are in mind for the stable but he can take this out on his way to those without too much trouble.
