Huge set of listed racing this Saturday across NSW and VIC with some of the biggest Group 1 races coming back to our tracks of Flemington racecourse and Rosehill racecourse and I am very excited for the monstrous TAB Australian Cup at Flemington and the Tancred Stakes at Rosehill. As for this article we focus on our best bet and best outside chance of the day and in the final part of the article you should find some helpful track insights for both the racecourses which should assist your horse racing betting. Best Tip: Flemington - R4 - #4 - Ameena

Ameena is just such a nice horse that I think despite being untried at the 1200m but I think that her two 1000m runs have just been so meritful that she should handle stepping out to this trip now. Her class based off of those runs would suggest that she has panels on this field and I think that they have their eyes on the Percy Sykes and if they win this she will be the number one seed.

Best Roughie: Rosehill - R5 - #6 - Vienna Princess

Vienna Princess is third up from a spell and should be approaching peak fitness for Chris Waller and is a horse that I have had my eye on all prep. She ran in the Coolmore that a lot of these runners came out of where she was right at the tail of the field and made up heaps of ground behind Zougotcha. She is hard fit now, has won at this point in her prep before and can run a cracker race at odds.

Stats and Insights

It has been noted by stewards and sharp punters recently that being on pace and close to the rail has been the best place/places to be at Rosehill in recent times, a track that is known to change every couple months in terms of bias so take good note of that.

Maher and Eustace are the top trainers at Flemington Racecourse so far this season and historically (last two seasons), they have a bunch of favourites and second favourites running tomorrow so watch for those I have outlined in my extensive Flemington tips.
