Exsensible looks very well placed to go over here fourth up and having just his fourth start for Melissa Dennett and has looked to really get going in his last two runs and now shapes up very well here with Morgan on. He ran a very close runner up placing when just beaten near the line at Tamworth two back before coming on very strongly at Dubbo last time out when just beaten near the line but with an extra 100m or so there he would have won and now comes into this hard fit, with some extra ground and I think he just wins.

Inkslinger looks well placed here from a good gate, hard fit and with a claim from Clarke he gets in nicely weighted compared to some key rivals. He has had a few starts this time in but last time out he looked to really get going over the 1500m at Yarra Valley when coming from a nothing spot to power home and clock some great late splits that saw him placed third in a very brave effort. That reads well for this and he should be afforded more favours in running this time in.
