I am pretty keen on the resuming Zoumeteor for Stephanie Kendrick who is a bomb fresh horse. He hasn’t been seen at the races for 13 weeks since finishing down the track in Saturday company at Eagle Farm. Prior to then he was putting together some sharp wins / runs and I do think he goes better with fresh legs. In his two career preps he has run a close second placing (on debut) and has won the other start in his first up runs. He’s got multiple wins and close placings at this distance and a win at this track. This field doesn’t look overly strong and I think we are getting this price largely due to no public trials for the return.

Mysweetmoses looks like a strong horse for the Ryan stable and has only had the three career starts but has been given decent breaks between them and now has been turned around inside three weeks which signals intent. He won smartly on debut before going away for yard work for 15 weeks and has since improved in two runs back with the last coming at the end of last month where he went super close at Benalla in a big field to beat all but the winner who got the run of the race. Again, quick turn around signals intent, he seems to have a bit of talent and is coming into this third up hard fit. Top chance at odds.
