It’s very tough for me to see anything being able to roll what looks like a very smart favourite here for Kris Lees in Solutionist who resumed off of a 33 week spell last time out at Newcastle and absolutely blew the field out there when coming three wide into the straight and powering clear of them in the straight to clock some of the best late splits of the meeting and win well. He will be fitter and doesn’t meet much classier opposition here. Rates highly.

If Master of Illusion still has petrol left in the tank I see no reason why he can’t be competitive here. He’s had a few runs this time in but has placed runner up in three and won one and seems to be holding form very well after winning at Horsham two back he stepped out again there a couple weeks ago where he only went down in the last 50m to place second. Hard fit, draws a good gate and is very honest. Rates highly here at a nice price.
