Last time out he had no shot over the mile when being forced to settle near last and wide throughout the run before weaving a path between runners and never being a winning chance but still coming on strongly. Mitch Bell has been with him all prep and now they draw a good gate so there should be less traffic problems and he can win again.

stable and has been putting in very game efforts in his three runs for his debut prep in racing. He’s had a run on each of the soft, good and Heavy rated tracks, all different tracks, and in each has either raced three wide, been held up or just missed diving on the line to place runner up and bump into some smart horses on the way. His last effort saw him step out at Donald over the 1350m where he was strong all the way through the run and really let down hard late to just miss on the line. He’s been racing like the extra metres will be well suited to his run style and I am confident he measures up here.
