Russian Escape showed some form at Bendigo last time. In its last start, Russian Escape placed 3rd out of 11 in a Mdn on September 8 over 1300m, on a good track, just 2.6 lengths behind Fiorenot (59.5kg) with 59.5kg at $5.50. Previously, 2nd of 10 at Pakenham Mdn on March 21, 2024 over 1600m. In good form at the moment without a win, so hopefully this race on Tuesday is the one.

Best Roughie: Light Infantry #3 Bathurst R6
Last start, beat Curly Bend (55kg) at Dubbo over 1000m at the starting price of $12.00. That was a good win and I like Light Infantry on Tuesday too, especially with Jean Van Overmeire on board from Barrier 6. Before that, Light Infantry finished first at Narromine in an Mdn on September 23, 2024, over 1100m. Has good winning form, and should be right up there.
