Horse Racing Tips and Best Bets 03/07/24

Follow along with me for the best free horse racing tips on race day! Wednesday's racing action takes us to Sandown and Canterbury and I have found a best bet for you at betting sites in Australia. There's also a juicy roughie to get on board. Mawallock has caught my eye in Race 7 at Sandown. Also, for my roughie bet, I've got my eye on Deep Rouge in Race 6 at Canterbury. The track conditions at Sandown are looking good for racing .At Canterbury on Wednesday, the track is rated a heavy 9 so keep that on your mind when placing bets. Let's get into it!

In its last race, Mawallock was 4th at Caulfield on May 4 over 1100m, just 1.2 lengths behind Excess (56kg). This should be another race where I think it can potentially improve and get over the field. Previously, 1st of 10 at Hamilton BM70 on October 14, 2023 over 1100m. Likes running first-up. Good odds to get the win, I think.

Last time out, it had a perfect run and won, looking much fitter. This horse knows how to bring the heat and last time out at Scone, he showed us exactly what he's made of. With Olivia Chambers in the saddle, he's a force to be reckoned with and could very well take the win again. Before that, Deep Rouge finished first at Dubbo in a BM82 on May 25, 2024 over 1200m. Should enjoy the heavy track, has placed in 2 career starts on these type of tracks. Loves the distance and I hope that continues over the 1100m. In winning form, don't look past it.
