Best Multibet Tips of the Day | Mar 5th

The Autumn Group 1 races season continues on here with some solid racing tomorrow as we look towards more Stakes racing this weekend in NSW and VIC. There’s a bunch of solid races at Wagga racecourse and Kembla Grange racecourse. On our onlyracing website I have posted a best bets tips article that has helpful track insights and also outlines the best promotions going around across our Aussie betting sites with my best bet and best outside chance of the day. 

In this article we focus on putting together a couple multi bets of varying risk as we look to pick up some more lucrative bets in conjunction with our Friday tips so follow me below as I outline my best multi bets of the day!

#2 - Field Marshal - WIN @ $4.40

I think that Field Marshal looks like quite a smart horse for Joe Pride and could very well be onto bigger and better things after this race. He’s made three out of seven starts winning ones and showed sharp improvement last time out when second up in a big field at the Hawkesbury and coming five wide in the straight to win very well. He looks like he still has further scope for improvement third up here and should be running well here.

#2 - Miller Time - PLC @ $1.75

I think that Miller Time is going a lot better than it reads on paper and can take this out hard fit now third up. He resumed with nothing doing at Albury off of a long spell two back where he led and weakened out of it late before stepping out at Tumut last time out where he was trapped three wide with no cover throughout the run and whilst he did a tonne of work on the speed he again weakened out of it late. I do think he will take a stack of benefit from those two runs, is now hard fit and only goes well here for me.

#6 - Parade Ground - PLC @ $1.70

Parade Ground should be strong in resuming here for James Cummings after having just the one run a few months back and he now comes back to racing after a 15 week spell and off of two reasonable trials. His debut run came at this course and he displayed a solid amount of talent there to motor up from three wide in the straight and hit the line hard to place runner up. Rates highly off the back of that effort.
