Best Multibet Tips of the Day | Mar 7th

The Autumn Group 1 races season continues on here with some solid racing tomorrow as we look towards more Stakes racing this weekend in NSW and VIC. There’s a bunch of solid races at  Pakenham racecourse and Grafton racecourse. On our onlyracing website I have posted a best bets tips article that has helpful track insights and also outlines the best promotions going around across our Aussie betting sites with my best bet and best outside chance of the day.  
 
In this article we focus on putting together a couple multi bets of varying risk as we look to pick up some more lucrative bets in conjunction with our Thursday tips so follow me below as I outline my best multi bets of the day! 

#13 - Top Act - WIN  @ $2.00

Top Act should be running well here for Matty Dunn after the way he debuted in racing two weeks ago at this course. He stepped out then over the 1106m where he drifted to the back of the field and two wide and came to the middle of the track in the straight when chasing hard in the last 100m into the runner up placing. He shapes up very well off the back of that effort, draws to not get buried too far back in the run and should be the strongest running home here. 

#8 - Crumpets - PLC  @ $2.25

Taking a bit of a stab at Crumpets to roll a very short priced favourite for the Moody and Coleman camp in this race but we often see this happening at Pakenham and this guy looks up to the task. Crumpets returned to racing at the beginning of last month off of a 19 week spell for the Price / Kent camp and put on a solid display when coming from two wide and just behind the pace to chase hard into the placings then. There’s been two subsequent winners out of that race and he should shape up well under Brown’s steering here.

#1 - Divus Romulus - PLC  @ $1.24

Divus Romulus looks like he can return a winner here for Nick Ryan. He comes back from a 25 week spell and ready to kick off his second campaign in Australia after having two runs back in September last year. He placed runner up at Bendigo before going away for the spell and placed in the run prior and now comes back here in a small field and should roll forward and be prominent in the run.
