Best Multibet Tips of the Day | Mar 12th

The Autumn Group 1 races season continues on here with some solid racing tomorrow as we look towards more Stakes racing this weekend in NSW and VIC. There’s a bunch of high level contests at Coffs Harbour racecourse and at Ballarat racecourse. On our Onlyracing website I have posted a best bets tips article that has helpful track insights and also outlines the best promotions going around across our Aussie betting sites with my best bet and best outside chance of the day.  
 

In this article we focus on putting together a couple multi bets of varying risk as we look to pick up some more lucrative bets in conjunction with our Monday tips so follow me below as I outline my best multi bets of the day! 

#3 - The Big Kahuna - WIN @ $3.40

I was searching for some time for a solid bet at Warrnambool tomorrow and whilst I think there are some wider spots that look good it took me awhile to find a nice animal until I saw The Big Kahuna was stepping out for the Preusker stable. He’s quite a sharp horse and he rates highly off the back of his last start coming into this. Last time out he resumed from a long 74 week spell at Bendigo where he made his debut for the stable and lead them along the rails before kicking away in the final 100m when very strong through the line. 1600m first up is no easy task and he made it look like a barrier trial so stepping out to 1700m with more upside and fitness doesn’t pose any issues for me. 

#6 - Cinematic Star - PLC @ $2.00

Cinematic Star shapes up well here for Ciaron Maher in a competitive race. He had just his second career start about a month ago in mid February at Goulburn over the 1000m where he seems to have returned really well. He settled two wide in the run there but came to the middle of the track in the straight and battled on very well then to just miss out on the win when coming second by a head. He should have a stack of improvement now second up as that was his first run for some time and with the light weight and Ryan aboard he shapes up very well here. 

#6 - Eight Of A Kind - PLC @ $1.60

Eight Of A Kind is undefeated at this course and seeking to keep that intact here. He returned very well to racing off of a 24 week spell at this course in the middle of February where he got a nice trail behind the speed two wide before clicking up in the straight and jetting away from the field to win well. He’s three from three here, should take a stack of natural improvement second up and will only be stronger here.
