BEST BET - #7 - Extremely Hardys - (BEST BET)
The last run for this horse was a good one, it had a nice run and beat the field. This horse just knows how to win. With James McDonald on board, this horse should get another favourable run and could get the win again.

THE DANGER - #4 - Seascape
Seascape showed form on September 18 at Canterbury, placing 2nd out of 6 in a BM72 on a good track, just 0.2 lengths behind Countyourblessings (58kg) with 57kg at $2.10. After that race, I think Seascape can potentially improve and possibly get the win this time. In good form at the moment, so hopefully that continues.

VALUE BET - #2 - Time Bandit
In its last race, Time Bandit was 4th at Warwick Farm on September 25 over 1100m, just 1.1 lengths behind Opal Fields (56kg). This should be another race where I think it can potentially improve and get over the field.

BEST BET - #8 - Komodo Dragon - (NEXT BEST)
Last run, took down Pocketing (55.5kg) over 1400m at Kembla Grange (starting price: $1.60). I think that was an impressive win, so I'm backing Komodo Dragon to get the win on Wednesday, especially from barrier 8 with James McDonald in the saddle.

THE DANGER - #6 - Heed The Omens
Last run was a 9th finish at Flemington over 2000m. But, I think Heed The Omens could run well here from barrier 3. It has a good record when it is first-up and good stats on these type of tracks too.

VALUE BET - #2 - Sonofdec
Sonofdec is resuming on Wednesday and has placed before when it has been first-up. Ashley Morgan has also won 3 of 4 starts on this horse. Could be a real danger.

BEST BET - #13 - United Kingdom
In its recent race at Warwick Farm, United Kingdom came in third, not too far behind 1st and 2nd. After that run, it should have a good chance of running a place in this race. James McDonald is in good form and should be able to get a good run. Racing well at the moment, so I like its chances.

THE DANGER - #8 - Cormac T
Last start, it tried hard but was outgunned, finishing 4th of 12 at Newcastle in a BM64 over 1500m, 0.9 lengths behind Annulus (59.5kg). I expect this runner to finish strong and should offer good value odds for punters on Wednesday.

VALUE BET - #5 - Cheval Savant
Its last race saw this horse finish 8th of 12 at Newcastle in a BM64 over 1500m. However, I think Cheval Savant can do a better job here from barrier 1. It has won before and placed when second-up.
