My Verdict

I found a lot to like about TitanBet, which is one of the new betting sites on the scene in Australia. Upon first glance at their website, it is clear they have put a lot of energy into their racing offering. The majority of the most important real estate is taken up by racing.

On top of this, you’ll find a lot of features and products that are related to racing. They cover a wide range of racing events, including both domestic and international races across all three codes and their fixed odds are pretty competitive.

The overall user experience was also a positive one as it was easy to find my way around and place bets. In my TitanBet review, I will go through all the key aspects of the bookie, providing my opinion so you can make a more informed decision on whether this is the bookie for you.

My Score: 7.3/10

Score Breakdown

Betting Offerings - 7/10

TitanBet has all the key basics covered, so there is every chance that you will find what you are looking for, in terms of their betting offerings. Overall, when you compare to some of the more established bookies in the market, the breadth and depth of their offering might not stack up.

Like any bookie, their offering can be broken down into two make categories:

  • Racing: Their racing offering almost rivals some of the biggest players in the market. They provide heaps of markets across all three racing codes, including domestic and international events. I think they have the potential to become one of the best greyhound racing betting sites going around in the future.
  • Sports: It’s easy to see all the sports that are covered at TitanBet, as they list them all alphabetically for you. There are a lot of markets available to you, especially some of the most popular ones going around. But some of the bigger bookies have more options.

Banking Options - 6/10

There is room for improvement when it comes to the betting sites payment methods. At this stage, debit cards are available for deposits and bank transfers are available for withdrawals. These are the two most popular banking options, so would likely suit the widest group of bettors.

As a starting point, what they are offering right now is good enough and hopefully, they will one day become one of the best PayID betting sites and/ or PayPal betting sites in the industry. Until that day arrives, we’ll have to stick with debit cards and bank transfers though.

Mobile Experience - 7/10

The mobile experience at TitanBet Australia is a good one. I do have to say though, they don’t have an app just yet. I wouldn’t be surprised if it is already in the works and will be released in the next couple of weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for that.

Withdraw Speed - 7/10

The withdrawal speed at TitanBet is good without being great. Most of us are used to the traditional one to three business days, which is what we get at TitanBet. However, other bookies are speeding things up, with some offering almost instant withdrawals.

Overall User Experience - 8/10

My overall user experience with TitanBet was a positive one, especially on my desktop computer. It was very easy to find what I was looking for and I could place my bets in less than a minute. Some aspects worthy of mention include:

  • Original theme.
  • Speedy site.
  • Intuitive navigation.

Customer Support - 7/10

The customer support at TitanBet is quite stock standard. There isn't necessarily anything bad about it, but I wouldn’t call it the best in the industry. If you have any questions or run into a problem, you can reach out to the team through live chat or send them an email.

Security - 9/10

After checking, TitanBet is fully licensed in Australia, so it is a safe place for you to bet. They also have put their own security measures in place, to ensure that your important personal information (like your bank details, for example) is safe.

About TitanBet

With a unique Titan theme that captures the eye, TitanBet Australia is one of the newer bookies on the scene and was launched in late 2024 by Louise Cleary. The bookie uses the BetCloud software platform, which is the same platform that some other betting sites use.

If you're a racing-first type of bettor, then I think you’ll enjoy what TitanBet has to offer. Their racing products are quite strong and there’s a lot on offer. They have a decent range of promotions and their odds are fairly competitive, especially if you consider they are just starting out.

TitanBet Racing

As I previously mentioned, their racing product is their strong suit. If you enjoy betting on any of the three racing codes, then TitanBet has to be a serious contender. Both new bettors, who may not have a good idea of how to bet on horses and experienced bettors can benefit from what TitanBet has to offer.

One of the major things that could really boost their racing product is the addition of live streaming. However, as this is just the starting point, I’m very happy with what’s on offer for racing and this is something they might invest in for the future.

When it comes to racing at TitanBet, some of the areas that stand out include:

  • Quick Insights: When trying to place a last-minute bet, these quick insights can really come in handy. If there’s anything particularly special about a runner, like if it is a track specialist, for example, a quick insight will be displayed next to their name.
  • Same Race Multis: This bet type is available with TitanBet and you can try your hand at an SRM to get some extra cash in your back pocket. Here, you can select which runners will finish in the top two, three or four.
  • Fluctuations: I personally find a lot of benefit in showing the fluctuations of each runner (which is displayed under their name). This shows what the odds were when the market opened all the way through to the present time. It’s easy to spot a market mover or drifter in the market.
  • Protest Payout: If your chosen runner wins the race but then loses on protest, your bet will still stand. While protests may not necessarily happen a lot, it is highly annoying if you are on the wrong end of it, so it’s great that TitanBet offers this.

While TitanBet does offer quick insights, they are by no means in-depth. This is something that could work on in the future, but in the end, it doesn’t really matter because you get your horse racing tips from us here at OnlyRacing, right?!

There are heaps of tips available here, we’ve got tips for your multi-bets, exotics tips and our Saturday horse racing tips, of course. We also cover tips for all the Group One races like the Caulfield Cup and the Australian Cup. For a full idea of all the races we cover, check out our Group One races list.

TitanBet App

After searching in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, I couldn’t find an app for TitanBet. The mobile website experience is pretty good, however, as everything is properly optimised for a smaller screen.

The may not be an app at the time of writing this TitanBet review, but I would expect one is in the pipeline already. Betting apps are becoming an essential part of any bookmaker, so more people prefer the convenience it provides, especially when they are on the go.

Keep an eye on your respective app store as I don’t think it will be too long until there’s a dedicated app for TitanBet!

TitanBet: Products and Features

With TitanBet, they have a decent amount to offer in terms of products and features, this is especially the case for racing. TitanBet uses the BetCloud software platform, so you’ll find that a lot of the products and features available are similar across other bookies using the same platform.

I think TitanBet could benefit by adding live betting, but for now, here are some of the products and features that stand out the most:

  • Best Tote: If fixed odds aren’t really your thing, you can opt for the tote, which gives you the best price out of three totes.
  • Blended Odds: Blended odds are an excellent choice for those who can’t decide between two or more different runners in a race.
  • SGMs/ SRMs: I previously mentioned SRMs but TitanBet also offers SGMs for sports. You can put together an SGM for boosted odds.
  • Cash Out: You have the option to cash out of your bet early if you wish and this is available for selected markets.

TitanBet Betting Markets

There is a decent range of betting markets available at TitanBet Australia. While it may not be at the same level as some of the other bookies that have been around for decades, it is still a very good starting point.

It is their racing betting markets where they seem to excel the most. They have heaps of markets across all three racing codes (including both domestic and international races). They also cover a decent range of sports with all the main markets available to bet on.

Some of the sports that you will find available at TitanBet include:

  • Cricket
  • Tennis
  • AFL
  • NRL
  • NBA
  • NFL
  • NHL
  • Soccer
  • Darts
  • And more

TitanBet FAQs

There is a nice range of promotions available with TitanBet, but you have to be signed in to your account to view what they have available. Their promotions cover both racing and sports-related events and it is worth logging in to check.

Yes, TitanBet is legit. They have gone through the official channels to become a fully licensed bookie in Australia. The Australian wagering industry is among the most regulated and the relevant parties ensure TitanBet is always doing the right thing.

Sign-up offers are a thing of the past in Australia. No bookie, including TitanBet, can offer a sign-up offer to new customers. The ball game changes for existing customers though and existing customers can get value for money through promotions.

If you want to place a bet with TitanBet it’s pretty easy. The first thing you should do is find the specific event you want to bet on. After you’ve found the event, choose from the range of markets available. Once you click on a market, it will be displayed in your bet slip. From there, add in your stake amount and confirm your bet.

At this stage, there is only one deposit option available at TitanBet, which is a debit card. When you first sign up, you will be directed to the deposit page where you can fill in your debit card details and you can have a maximum of three cards for your account.

TitanBet Promotions and Bonuses

It wouldn’t be a TitanBet review if I didn’t talk about the promotions and bonuses on offer! After I signed up and logged in to my account, the first place I headed was the “Promos” page to see what was on offer.

Betting bonuses are notoriously one of the biggest driving factors around where bettors choose to place their bets. The promotions and bonuses available at TitanBet are solid, but they could use a little work.

The promotions on offer at some of the more established bookies offer a greater variety, but if you think about it, TitanBet hasn’t been around for very long and they can only go up from here. If you want to see what specific promotions are available with TitanBet, make sure you log in to your account and head to the “Promos” page.

For more information on the different types of promotions that are available with bookies other than TitanBet, head to our full list of online bookmakers in Australia page. This will provide links to bookie reviews, like our EliteBet review and Betfocus review, so you can check what they have going on.

How to Sign Up to TitanBet

As you expect, the sign-up process to TitanBet Australia is very simple. Start by clicking the “Sign Up” button that is on the top right-hand side of the page. Then, enter your personal details, like your name, date of birth and address.

Next, you will be asked if you want to set a deposit limit. You don’t have to set a deposit limit if you don’t want to, but this is something that we encourage. After that, you will be directed to the deposit page where you can enter your debit card details and make your first deposit.

TitanBet Banking

How to Deposit

Like with the sign-up process, the process of depositing funds into your TitanBet account is very easy and only takes a couple of clicks. Head to your account and then click on the “Deposit” tab, which is in the menu on the left-hand side.

Enter your debit card details if you haven’t already and then choose how much you would like to deposit. You’ll find that the amount you requested to deposit should be in your TitanBet account almost instantly.

How to Withdraw

When it comes to a TitanBet withdrawal, the options are pretty limited, with just bank transfers available. If you would like to make a withdrawal, head to your account and find the “Withdrawal” tab in the menu on the left-hand side.

Add your bank details if you haven’t already and then confirm the exact amount you wish to withdraw. TitanBet says that withdrawals usually take between one to three business days to hit your bank account.

TitanBet Customer Service

If you ever run into a problem or have a question, it’s important to know there is a customer service team available to assist you. After conducting my TitanBet review, I found there are two options available for you to get in touch with the customer service team.

The options that are available to TitanBet customers include:

  • Live Chat: This is my personal favourite method of communication with any customer service team as I find this is the easiest and quickest way to get my issue or question resolved.
  • Email: At TitanBet, you can submit a ticket, which will send the customer service team an email. This is the option you would probably use if the team isn’t available through live chat.

TitanBet Odds and Margins

Usually, I find that new bookies don’t offer the best odds, as their profit margin is slimmer, especially compared to the more established bookies. TitanBet Australia’s odds are decent though and their fixed racing odds, in particular, are worthwhile checking out.

There are a few little nuggets of gold that I found when comparing the odds of TitanBet to others, so it can certainly pay to shop around if you have the time. Shopping around means you can find the best odds and potentially get more bang for your buck.
