Central Park looks like a well placed favourite for Stephanie Kendrick and I am keen to have something on him approaching hard fitness third up here and after going so close last time out. He didn’t record the greatest of overall times there but he was held up for a run for a while and when getting clear air he clocked awesome closing splits. I think he looks very well placed here now to go one better.

Best Roughie: Geelong - R8 - #8 - Queen Of Deels
Queen of Deels has only had three career starts but stepped out onto the Synthetic for her last run before a spell last prep and broke the maiden tag then in good fashion. She was 12 weeks between runs then and it was an impressive way to shed the tag. Her two career starts prior were both sharp placings on the turf so I think that she will be strong resuming here.

Stats and Insights
- Eagle Farm has little barrier bias as the track has quite even wide turns and as such it is good to look for promising backmarkers for the long straight
- The Geelong course proper is known as a track that gives every horse its chance as the circumference is 2043 metres with a straight distance of 400 metres
- Anthony and Sam Freedman are some of the top trainers in Victoria and they send forward not that many runners tomorrow to Geelong but the ones there look very astutely placed so watch for them.
