Brilliant win on Cup day last start jumping out of the ground over the last 100m. Only concern is remaining at the 1400m, would have preferred to see him over further second-up but has stacks of class and should be winning.

VALUE BET - #6 Green Fly
Interesting runner by Frankel who did not disappoint in the same race the favourite here won on Cup day. Will be improving off that run and cannot be left out of exotics.

THE DANGER - #8 Munhamek
Once again comes out of the Flemington race on Cup day where beaten narrowly by Detonator Jack. Rock hard fit and is the only other winning threat

Progressive type who is well placed here against the mares. Put in a great effort against Snapper at Flemington last start and raced a little greenly. 1200m is no issue and will be hard fit, should be winning.

VALUE BET - #8 Diamonds Inthe Sky
Moody trained mare who should have finished closer last start at The Valley but was too far back when it counted. Gets a nice barrier here, should get the box seat, down in weights with Meech aboard should be in the finish.

THE DANGER - #11 Defining
Lightly raced mare who has shown a stack of ability so far. Pulled up with lacerations last start at Flemington earlier in the year. Has had a couple of jumpouts to prepare her for this, if she shows up she will be the other winning danger.
