BEST BET - #6 - Hold On Honey - (BEST BET)
Hold on Honey has been racing outstandingly for the Hoystead/O’dea stable. He is 3/3 this prep and his latest win was more than impressive, shifting from the wide gate easily to land on the speed and put them away in good time. He comes up against some nicer types but this is a good test and he is still the one to beat.

VALUE BET - #7 - Liza With A Zee  
Liza races best fresh, drops slightly in distance and gets similar company. She led last time out over a slightly longer trip at the Gold Coast and had a decent turn of foot but got exposed late by a smart type. She maps well here, should sit on the speed and if the favourites don’t take this out I think she will.

THE DANGER - #13 - Inasec 
Inasec is resuming off a long near half year spell but does her best work fresh, draws nicely, gets in light and with the inform apprentice Jones on I look forward to seeing what they can produce on race day.

BEST BET - #2- Antino 
It feels stupid to tip Antino at such a short price but really does deserve to be this price and I hopped on at opening when $1.50 in the market. Hasn’t done anything wrong this prep, winning or placing in all outings and looks to be a black type racing horse. I am tipping in this race as if she misses for whatever reason, there will be serious value around in the race

VALUE BET - #12 - Teranga - (ROUGHIE OF THE DAY)
Teranga looks to be in great form this prep, she resumed over the 1350m and looked fantastic before being forced out wide on the turn and got trapped between runners late, being nailed on the line by Petunia who had the run of the race. She is fitter now and gets to a better trip, I see heaps of upside potential..

THE DANGER - #9 - Roller Coaster
Roller Coaster is flying this prep and should be the main danger to Antino. He won two races back at the gold coast with a smart run in good time and then stepped up to Metro grade racing at Eagle farm when coming on strong late behind Alburq. He seems to prefer room and enjoy the bigger tracks but I can’t not have something on at near-double figure odds.

BEST BET - #7 - Street Dancer - (NEXT BEST)
Street Dancer goes up in distance back to the 2000m and I like it. Was winner at this Track and distance two runs ago before dropping to the 1800m at eagle and just didn’t do enough there but was only beaten under a length. He loves this track and I don’t know why the stable dropped him down in distance just now but this looks winnable if the form translates.

VALUE BET - #10 - Reflect The Stars 
Reflect the stars really wants to win. She gave it her all last time out in the midweeks at this track against the race shape and still worked strongly to the line late when just second to Savvy Oak who is a smart horse. I think she will relish getting out to the 2000m and these, bar a few, don’t otherwise look too strong. 

THE DANGER - #1 - Aramayo 
Aramayo seemed to have just needed that last run when placing 2nd at this track over the 1600m as a long priced favourite. He is fitter now, steps up in trip and better for the experience at this track. He draws well and gets Kah on and I think that he can take this out.
